Human Resource personnels are very talented to work on sales and Mktng rather than human resource, they are very good in Convincing new candidates and making 'em fake promises for Salary and reimbursements..The moment u get recruited,they r finished with their responsibility and look for more recruits...Even the HR personnels too r a victim to the salary issues...Projects for the IT are Always Ever coming(With a month or two),of course that Avg.
