I started working here last year. My experience has been that everyone is very accessible and welcoming. It has been a completely drama-free and professional environment. It is nice working with a lot of smart people and the benefits are great. The hiring process has been revamped and the HR department has brought on new people and processes the improve the work culture here. There seems to be a real effort toward making sure that the work environment is positive and open.

Cons

A lot of people here have been here for a very long time, so there might be fewer growth opportunities for "climbers." However this also does imply a certain level of job stability on the other hand.
