      Ongoing training and supportive team with good balance

      Pros

      The ongoing training was amazing and work with high quality products.I was part of a great team in my showroom, felt supported by my manager who let us work independently. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      We all brought a lot of skills and knowledge to the table but sadly were still paid minimum wedge and progression was very limited. All showrooms closed end of 2025 without any heads up!
