Pros
Fetch is a great place to work, the work is cutting edge and interesting, and you are surrounded by experts who are happy to help you. The work is experimental and you are trusted to work autonomously (with review of course). If you like solving interesting problems and working with a great team, I'd highly recommend it. Very smart leadership team and a next level HR department.
Cons
Rapid experimentation isn't for all, and you do need to abandon features that don't work, or change direction sometimes. It takes discipline to keep things tidy in this environment, but this need is utterly outweighed by how much you will learn and advance the product suite through this process.
