Management tends to pit employees against one another.
HR works towards company interest rather them employee issue,
health, safety or interest.
Management actively hostile to Syndicate and employee needs.

Preferential treatment given to sales staff versus assembly staff.
Day shift and Night shift do not communicate ever, thus leading to difficult production days due to backlog production
Literally hiring people unable to speak Eng or Fr leading to many errors, returns, vandalism, repairs, injuries, miscommunications, violence and harassment.
Laxed hiring criteria over the years. They literally hire anyone now to make up the amount of original employees quitting.
Underpaid and Underappreciated. They tried adding hourly bonuses to certain positions as incentive, but then decided to restrict it as much as possible to cut on cost.
Restrictive and on/off with overtime
Punishes good behavior and human emotion. When an employee lost a parent and cried on the assembly line, they took him to the office and told him to behave as per the company's norms and expectations when at work and sent them back to the assembly line after handing them a pamphlet for a help hotline.
Only aims to solve major issues and tends to ignore minor ones.
Management let's racial and gender discrimination go on in the assembly line. They will speak up about it, but will not take further action and occasionally join in on the discrimination.
