The mission is amazing, the people are truly wonderful and a joy to work with. We're technically hybrid but the schedule is very flexible and tends towards remote these days, so we only go into the office as needed. They really pride themselves on being inclusive, doing regular salary reviews, and practicing what they preach in terms of DEI work.
Cons
The salaries are decent but still lower than market rate. The technology and culture are kind of old-school, but there have been improvements during my time there.
