Many many meetings and filling calendars for update calls all the time (micromanaging in my team especially). Low, non-competitive salary - hard to get a pay-rise yet they continue to hire more people into seemingly random roles. Expected (must) work overtime. Hybrid working works okay, but otherwise very low flexibility and in my opinion not great growth opportunities. Very outdated for the modern workplace. The older generation, who have been in the organization for a longer time are not very nice, some are extremely toxic and also not very creative or innovative. 'Think they know best of everything' attitude. Absolute founders theory and idolising specific people who ironically are not even really "animal-lovers". Many people working at the organization don't even like or respect animals that much. Meat being eaten at lunch time at the headquarters in Austria. It seems a few stay a long time but most people leave after a couple of years.
