Compensation, they don't pay much, and their raises are extremely minimal with horrible benefits. Lack of transparency, some of the upper management build up walls and fear change. Too high of expectations for what an individual is capable of. Cheap, they will have budget but still expect free work from outsourced media because of their "name". Did I mention lack of change? It is 2017 not 1997, it is time to work with what is at our disposal.
