On the flip side, the leadership bench could benefit from broader perspectives and a bit more diversity at the senior level. That said, they did make massive improvements here over my 2 year tenure which made a very positive contribution to the teams success & shows their commitment to this.

Compensation around partnership-driven revenue could be more clearly structured (today it does not exist) particularly since those deals can generate meaningful brand exposure and long-term value.
