      Coworkers Smaller staff Not much more than that

      Cons

      Owner/physician sacrifices pt care for money- all other medical staff are professional and amazing! Schedules are unpredictable No protocol adherence Management is retaliatory Management will tell you whatever you want to hear to hire you on, and then deny you the opportunities promised

      Good pay Helpful office manager Nice teammates Nice location Frequent lunches provided Doctors and NPs are generally nice to staff

      A high staff turnover rate so always training someone Feel like a supplement salesperson Micromanagement by owner The nutritionist has a difficult personality and yet gets away with murder

      Pros

      Extremely nice medical providers who treat everyone the same. No discrimination or egotism. Managers are fair and pay is above average. Work is challenging and never boring. Nice Xmas party and vacation benefit.

      Cons

      Understaffed. Old policies are unrealistic. Very micromanagement by administration who have high but sometimes unreasonable standards. No mentoring or real opportunities for advancement
