      - no micromanagement - leeway to take decisions - lots of projects to work on - you get morning treats and snacks for the whole day - lots of friendly people

      - sometimes it feels chaotic, projects and initiatives come out of nowhere abruptly and vanish fast - lack clear vision for the company long-term - lots of legacy apps, so the company feels a bit stuck into lots of migration and consolidation initiatives - engineering talent is not at its peak, people tend to build complex stuff without a good reason and few people get things done properly
