Pros
Flight Benefits. That is it.
Cons
Terrible Management, constantly away from home. Seniority list way to long.
Advice to Management
Was hired back in 2015. My time with ExpressJet was a miserable one. Constantly away from home, management doesn’t care about employees, they just bodies to be working the aircraft. I say turn around and run. Don’t waste your time applying for the flight attendant position. Any airline is better than this one. Thankfully I was furloughed with 80 other flight attendants so it was a blessing. Would never come back.

Pros
You get flight benefits
Cons
They got rid of my position and put me back as a flight attendant, then posted my position back on the website a week later. This is an example of the type of company they are.
Advice to Management
Get out of the position if you are going to only hire your friends so the company doesn't have to furlough people again. If they have no experience or education they should not be qualified to have it.
