Pros
Great range of Law Firms in SoCal to get started building a network. Great opportunities to work on both Plaintiff and Defense cases. Competitive pay.
Cons
Usually small to medium cases, rarely something bigger like a class action. That means there is not much time to prepare for cases, or build on knowledge attained from previous cases. It's hard to automate or be very efficient when each project is sort of custom and unique.

Cons
Cases are very personal for our clients, and what we help them achieve is closure and a better way forward. That said, these successes generally stem from many different types of loss, and therefore these topics can be very emotional for the client, but EP helps find a way to bring back a sense of optimism to their clients.
