      Pros

      Absolutely nothing, run away from this company. There is a reason the turnover is so high.

      Cons

      Owner is a nightmare to work with. Does not listen to your input at all, impatient and rude. If you are a woman, will make inappropriate comments about how you look. Paid on a "draw" system, which sucks.

      Pros

      Hybrid work environment Flexible schedule Great pay Career development opportunities Fast paced One of the things I like most about the company is that it has such a great company culture and the VP really values mentorship. When I initially interviewed with the company, the job market was saturated with employers doing long drawn out interviews with multiple rounds. My interview at Etech was straight to the point. I was able to quickly demonstrate my skills and competencies with some on the spot rapid fire questions and scenarios. Overall it’s a great company.

      Cons

      If you are looking to just coast, then this company is not for you. It’s not a Fortune 500 company where you keep your head down, do your job and keep moving. But if you are looking for growth, then this company will constantly push you to challenge yourself.
