Cons
First of all - their interview process is very very lengthy - 6 - 7 rounds and after that salary offered is like 8 - 10 k. plus they ask you to submit your original marksheets and documents.
The Boss Mr. Sanjay Joshi - Has no manners to talk to his employees. Keeps on shouting and always angry.
They expect the fresher to perform from day 1 , without proper training.
Long working hours like morning 9 to 10 PM , without additional pay or perks.
They only pay few employees better salary, rest all peanuts.
Even their HR dont stay for more than 4 - 5 months. The ask to recruit best talent with horribly less salary and if the HR fails to hire - they fire the HR.
Even consultancies have BLACKLISTED this company - They dont send candidates.
