The upper management system is shocking. They have no faith in anybody and yet get paid crazy salaries for the privilege. The fact they can expect a single person to turn around a region that is infamous for its struggles is baffling.
The pay is also poor, it's essentially minimum wage. You also do not get paid for key swaps. It's essentially unpaid labour.
The fact an SBMD gets paid £250 more per year is an absolute joke. The amount of extra work they have to do for essentially no more money is crazy.
The work hours are way too long and inconvenient. You essentially cannot have a life outside of the job.
They sack people for fun which means everyone there is scared that they are being watched and cannot work to the best of their abilities.
The systems the company use are out of date and crash all the time.
The technician and engine check system is a joke. They take ages to reply (I get that they are busy) and then when they do, the answer they give is usually wrong. They even change their minds depending on what day the customer comes in.
For example, a customer could come in on Monday, the tech gives it a good rating, the customer comes back on tuesday and the tech gives it a bad rating.
You also cannot argue or ask for a second opinion. They should be able to talk to a colleague and a customer about what they have decided.
