The Company is constantly being hindered by the antics of its President. The President holds an iron grip of all business decisions including your wages and employment status that can change at a whim at any moment. As a result, the workplace is perpetually in chaos with only small periods of stability. Employees are commonly laid off with no explanation or no notice because the President decrees it. These ill-conceived firing sprees are made worse when experienced staff get laid off with no replacement planned. You will be expected to be the replacement of the fired regardless of your knowledge.
