Pros

A very friendly environment where you enjoy your work with cool mind set. A place where you are given numerous tasks with sufficient amount of time and if needed time may be extended depending on other pending tasks. Knowledge sharing is done whenever anyone is learning new things and there is always an opportunity to learn while working. Apart from work some allowances like Lunch, Snacks and frequent Dinner treats are also provided. Your personal leaves are also taken into good consideration with no difficulty. Salaries are paid on last business days of every month.

Cons

Sometimes I felt problems while working as the tasks provided were modified at a later stage and also in improving a good work-life balance as only Sundays were offs.

Pros

First of all, its good to see they are one of the few people who are bringing start-up culture to Kolkata. Very go-getter attitude among the employees, open to ideas and very adaptive to change. Like the fact that if you have a better way to implement a thing you are free to implement it. Flat organization, good learning scope and the founder (Varun) is very interactive and pro-active in projects. Good projects too. P.S - free snacks, lunch and occasional hangouts with the team.

Cons

Not really a con but the office could've been situated in the IT hub of the city like New Town or Salt lake, which I think will happen anyway after few months, as the company gains more traction.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn new tools and technology. I have worked with veSolve around 1.2 years but have seen tremendous growth in both as an individual and at organization level. I have been able to develop myself both ‘personally and professionally’. And obviously from learning point of view, its the right place.

Cons

Need to change the infrastructure.
