Pros
uCertify offers good starting salary for freshers and above average internal growth. The best part of the work experience is being with coworkers who feel more like friends. As long as you do your work on time, you can have as much fun as you want.
Cons
The company does not have a cafeteria so the food situation is a conundrum. The work can feels overwhelming sometimes and way too easy other times and at times you will have to spend your weekend working. A lot of things feels unstructured and the hierarchy of management is not followed sometimes.
