pay is really low and career ladder is broken. The problem is that finally the company decided to fix the promotion scheme couple months before I am writing this but the idea is that for the next two years no one is going to get promoted in their own words simply because the first year of that process is going to be an experimental period!
re-organization happens frequently and not for the better, for example the latest instance introduced scrum, and they are doing it in such a broken way, waves of people started leaving the company.
Bonus schemes are basically non-existent if you are not above principal engineer. I would say that is not fair.
