Failed to find an assignment for a strong specialists who later were working with top companies

I do not normally write reviews, but felt that recent negative reviews were not a real reflection of who we are as a company and therefore wanted to share my personal experience. Yes, the company went through a rough patch in 2023 due to a reorganization. However, everyone were included throughout the change process, updated and I witnessed directly how much everyone cared, how hard everyone worked and how much everyone wanted to create something we would all be proud of. To create something that would have a solid base for us to build on. Fast forward to this year, I do feel that with more senior hires on the management side, the company is laying a foundation for new career opportunities and exciting assignments. To be fair, this was needed and is a bit overdue. What makes me love this company is the people, it is this team spirit where everyone pitches in and has your back. It is the people that guide you, help you grow and lift you up when you need help. People that work with me are not mean trolls that trash current or former friends or colleagues in an anonymous forum. This is why I felt I had to say something, it just did not feel like it is coming from those individuals that I have or had a pleasure to work with. I am more than happy to recommend my team, my assignment, my manager and our great competence to any client or future employee.

Recent changes, salary could be better, but there are many perks and remote work to make up for that.
