      Pros

      They hire really smart, bright and interesting people.

      Cons

      They fire those same bright, smart and interesting people for reasons that don't make sense and management doesn't provide proper coverage for their work. Leading to the common question of why they got laid off or fired. And this happens all the time.

      New leadership is bringing clear direction, which has been great and refreshing to see. The culture is shifting in a positive way and there is a real sense that we’re on the right path.

      Anything that may have been a con in the past, is no longer applicable.

      Nice coworkers to work with.

      Cons

      There are no engineers left at company. Many layoffs during 2025 continued on 2026. Hardworking employees get laid off first.
