Pros
Great opportunity, pay, benefits and schedule. Hiring Staff was very adequate and professional. It was offered well.
Cons
Very stressful and monotonous. Training was pushed through with not much learning that was so desperately needed to accurately perform the job. People in positions with power are sometimes underqualified or inexperienced with their managerial social skills. Very clique-like, high school mentality in management.
