      Pros

      It’s a really good place to get experience in mental health. You get to do a lot of crisis intervention and work on skills related to mental health. Pay is great in comparison to most companies in this field, especially if you’re just starting to get experience. Multiple locations also available to apply to!

      Cons

      It’s a lot of work and can be draining but that’s working mental health for you or healthcare in general.
