Potential but lacking organization - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician stepahead Employee Review

Lack of organization was a big one. The BCBA's didn't alway have complete information before beginning a new case with you. I've had some BCBAs who were completely unhelpful. The pay was not as much as other in home ABA companies. They also did not listen to the viewpoints of the RBTs as much when given feedback about challenges in the home.Sometimes RBTs go weeks or months without a case in their area. Often you have to travel too far to get a case and honestly with the cancellations that is not always worth it and you don't make your money back doing that.
