Pros

- Large variety of clients to work with. - Most of the staff are great people with their own creative side hustles. - Lots of learning through doing. - Occasional social event.

Cons

- Very low pay. - No flexibility. - Only 2 sick/personal days per year. - Unmanageable high volume of clients. - Crowded/loud open office environment. - Old school clock-in, clock-out system. - Unpaid 30 min lunch breaks. - High staff turnover (and they don't say if/when a staff is leaving). - Sometimes stressful. Lack of support.

Pros

The company culture at seoplus+ is the best of anywhere I've ever worked - The people are super nice and welcoming, and the company is very flexible and understanding. It's not competitive, like you might expect at a marketing agency. Rather, it's a bunch of people getting together every day to have fun and get work done for clients.

Cons

No downsides, the work is great, and the company is flexible. The only wish I could ever have would be a true 'work from anywhere' policy that extended beyond Canadian borders, but the hybrid policy is almost perfect as it is, and works well for everyone.
