Great company, people and culture - Paid Search Specialist seoplus+ Employee Review

The company culture at seoplus+ is the best of anywhere I've ever worked - The people are super nice and welcoming, and the company is very flexible and understanding. It's not competitive, like you might expect at a marketing agency. Rather, it's a bunch of people getting together every day to have fun and get work done for clients.

No downsides, the work is great, and the company is flexible. The only wish I could ever have would be a true 'work from anywhere' policy that extended beyond Canadian borders, but the hybrid policy is almost perfect as it is, and works well for everyone.

The agency is great, tight knit group, lots of events and in-office fun. The team works hard and has fun doing so. The service fit is great and the team is always ahead of the curve with emerging new technology.

The change in direction can be overwhelming, lots of demand and shared responsibility. As long as you work hard, then you're good to go!
