Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are delighted that you felt happy with the samedipeople. The management's desire for everyone to feel comfortable is an outstanding aspect at samedi.
We appreciate your constructive criticism, as well. Those kinds of thoughts are really helpful.
You are addressing the lack of a clear vision which we are totally aware of and why we have been intensively working on this during the last months.
In order to underpin our great corporate culture we have defined our internal values. To tie our set of values into a strategic context, our managing directors have developed a fundamental vision statement, which describes the way to achieve the mission and provides clear goals.
But we don't stop there: The vision statement will be further developed and supplemented with specific strategic goals. So, a lot is happening in this area.
You are also mentioning the growth and its challenges. Although we didn't recruit 150 people in one year, we have grown tremendously and still do. More employees also mean more responsibility we are aware of and embrace. Thatswhy we are constantly improving the conditions for the samedipeople and especially the onboarding process because we know how important this is for sustainable work.
We do really care about our employees and want them to be as comfortable as possible.
