Pros
This is a great environment for engineers seeking a challenge. Developers here are often working on many different things keeping day to day operations from becoming stale. We are quickly growing to a much larger sized company and as a result the engineers are getting to make decisions which visibly help shape the future of our products! Also, the culture is very fun and "modern internet" friendly.
Cons
We are still in the earlier phases of large growth - meaning we often have to move fast. The result of this is that we sometimes do not get to spend as much time as we would like to really build out all the bells and whistles in our products that, as engineers, we would like to see.
