      + Good people + Down to earth management + Employee Stock Program

      Cons

      - You are expected to reach out to your network to be sold as a consultant - No Clear processes in the company especially on-off boarding. - Not trust worthy (I was promised a bonus for recruiting a friend to the company and they took 3 month to respond and say yes. After that I quit from the company and they stalled for 2 more months and then didn't pay it. because the promise was not in writing). - Not clear what the benefits are, some got more than others just because they asked for it. (For context I worked there for ca 16 months and resigned)

      - Unprofessional Management: Poor leadership can create a toxic work environment, leading to decreased morale and productivity. - False Promises: Misleading information about job opportunities can result in dissatisfaction and mistrust. - Deceptive Practices Upon Resignation: Lying about bonuses and finances during the resignation process is unethical and damaging to the employee-employer relationship. - Self-Sourcing Projects: The lack of a sales team to secure projects means employees must find work themselves, which can be stressful - Lack of Specialization: Being required to work on any project that makes money, rather than focusing on one's field of expertise, can hinder professional growth.
