      -Offer remote working -High energy environment -Interesting product

      Cons

      - Salary and benefits are lower end of markets standards - Very odd environment where everybody seems to be over worked - Level of expectations from leadership on employees is unreal - Level of micro management is not healthy - Senior leadership and managers are lacking necessary expertise - Extremely high turn over of staff and high level of internal politics - Very questionable financial status and future
