Lack of direction with Company management and very weak leadership and Senior Management are working with a very old strategy like it's not a startup in EG will make you feel like you're working in old-style / governmental company
decisions made by management are not shared with smaller employees, made you feel like it's strict secrets and only special types of employees will get the info with no confusing reasons and cause favoritism
No Hr follow up and give feedback about employees' experience, and during the COVID 19 there was no single email received from the HR team to tell us updates or at least tell what's next step/company plan.
