Pros
1. I joined as an Operations Executive, where I learnt a lot of things.
2. There are mentors & better people to guide us in knowing what are the industry standards/best practices that we should follow.
3. In addition to that, everybody in the company can know what is happening around them like what their colleagues are doing even though it is completely different from what they are doing. In this way, we as a bunch of people moving easily with one motto.
Cons
There are some cons also. We as startup facing a lack of strong initial customers. I feel that issue is there for every startup. I think in a few more days we are having our initial set of customers which is a good thing for the company as well as the team.
