Pros
The direct software team that I worked with were probably the best, most driven people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Unfortunately, they have almost all left now.
Cons
Some of the most important senior and management positions are filled with wholly incompetent people. After a CEO change in 2021 there has been nothing to hold back this incompetence, either letting go of top talent, or causing that talent to leave.
