Great environment and space for growth as young adult - Junior Designer mcCallumSather Employee Review

I have loved working at mcCallumSather. I started here with my university co-op and returned full time after graduation. I’ve received great mentorship from the team. As my drafting skills, specifically in revit were not as strong when I came on full time, I had multiple training sessions and everyone was and still is always willing to lend a helping hand. The office culture and environment focuses strongly on work life balance and the community within the company is something I am very proud to be a part of.
