- rewarding field (K-12 education) - fun people / social - good location - very charitable company. the company matched all of my charity donations and even bought my son's baseball team new uniforms. they give back in a big way.

Cons

- parking is not covered. not fun in July so get remote start.

Left a couple months back after 3 years most of it as a Network Engineer and I loved my time here. Amazing team and CEO. Lot of possiblities to learn. Growing like crazy.

Some managment issues that was fixed after I left.

A lot of really good people have come through this place. The connections made within the organization are the singular positive.

Cons

The radicalism embraced within the management and ownership group have led to a culture where clients and employees take the furthest back seat possible. Compensation and benefits are rarely a point of issue, but when the culture within drains your emotional and mental wellbeing day-in and day-out, it's never worth it. My advice to current employees and those considering a position within this company is this - save yourself. Being on the other side, I can promise you that the grass is greener on the other side and you deserve better.
