This company spends money on marketing and other customer-facing materials that makes the company look bigger than it is.

Every employee who has left the company has been threatened with legal action. There are active lawsuits with both former employees and even their new employers. They have forced a few people out of aviation due to their tendency to attack former employees who can’t afford to defend themselves. One of the owners is unethical and badmouths former employees. The same person tries to steal commissions from his employees.
