Pros
There was a chance to grow at this company, but it has since changed. It is hard to post a pro on here when in reality the only pro is the 401k match, benefits, and the lousy PTO they give.
Cons
The company wants to keep the labels of startup but is internal trying to force the feel of corporate. The pay rate is much lower than the market. They try to use the startup name to pay less. My area feels like a fraternity. The turn around rate of employees in my area is a bit terrifying. Sometimes breaking moral in the biggest department. There is too much office politics with the very obvious power duo of this company. My department had lost about 8 people and in a two week span and took longer to find replacement for them. At that only 4 were hired. The product is an issue trying to get things across to the developers or engineers. Too many issues and no features that would be a good selling point are being pushed out. (Not sure what the problem is) There is a divide in the company from my side and theirs.
