Pros

Nothing has such except a laptop

Cons

1. Extremely rude and unprofessional management. 2. Office was previously run from a remote area, sometimes even a school—far from ideal. 3. Family-run business with heavy family member involvement; little focus on merit or professional growth. 4. Recently, a senior C-level executive was fired in front of the entire team, damaging morale. 5. Very high attrition rates and frequent employee exits. 6. No proper processes or work setups in place. 7. Management is mostly based in the USA and treats the India team as low-cost labor, with little investment in career development.

Pros

Good exposure to real-time projects and new technologies

Cons

No official documentation – No offer letter, no experience letter, no joining documents. No company-provided resources – No laptop, no employee ID card. Extremely poor salary – Starts at ₹4500, only ₹9000 after 2 years of work. CEO is disrespectful towards employees and doesn’t value developers. Heavy reliance on ChatGPT for project requirements, often without clarity. Team leads lack accountability, waste time on social media, and only respond when the CEO follows up. No professional growth, recognition, or proper communication. No Professionalism, and Zero Respect for Employees basically for womens

Pros

Supportive and helpful peers within the development team. Good exposure to real-time Salesforce projects. Opportunities to learn and implement technical skills in a practical environment.

Cons

Extremely low salary: ₹4,500 per month for the first year, with only a minimal increment (₹2,000 to ₹4,000) after another year. Even after gaining 2 years of experience, the salary remains between ₹4,500 and ₹9,000 per month. No documentation (experience letters, relieving letters, etc.) provided upon resignation, which severely affects future job prospects. Lack of job security: employees are kept on a contract basis for more than 2.5 years before being considered for permanent roles. Favoritism is evident: permanent positions and salary hikes are mostly offered to employees who are referred by insiders or have personal connections with management. Poor onboarding experience and absence of proper documentation for processes and projects. Lack of structured workflows and clear timelines for project deliveries.
