Good to build you career like but comes with sacrificing personal life time.

Cons

Honestly this company would have good growth if the CEO would shift his mindset towards emoloyee welfare and by not having a notion that if you're paying you employees then they are your slaves to work 24/7. And try to not get into personal life and maintain office decorum as clearly you're not doing as you as says.CEO is manipulative so maybe you need to work on yourself
