Pros
They have been supportive of my professional development and I feel that they have my back and care about me as a person. They are big on communication, any time I felt I had to much on my plate I asked for support and always got it. During a recent work transition that would be inherently stressful management supported me above and beyond similar situations elsewhere. I have found that individuals they hire are beyond capable and are easy to work with. They highlight the team aspect in their interviews and I have always felt listened to and that the best idea wins. I took this job wanting to grow and learn and it has been a great environment for that. I have turned down job offers since starting with greater pay because I like what this company offers and where is is headed.
Cons
Once in a while the work requires additional hours but I have experienced less days like that than other consulting jobs. For individuals who try to do everything themselves they might burn out but if you communicate your workload to management they will support you Sometimes days are longer than 9 to 5 but they are also very flexible I have worked at jobs that wanted to squeeze you dry and this is not that kind of place. This a growing company and hiring in today market takes longer than everyone wants but management communicates that they are getting more and keeps you posted. It feels like a team effort when handling challenges such as this
