Paychecks are usually paid on time.... not always

1. Terrible compensation 2. Inexperienced, toxic management team 3. Management lies about compensation projections to recruit talent 4. No focus or direction from management 5. Management screams at sales team on a regular basis to "motivate" them 6. Managers regularly gossip about sales reps to other sales reps Incredibly unprofessional environment. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Salary is credited before the end of the month.

Bad leadership, Heard stories about how people went to the CEO's office and came back crying etc and were fired....even heard that there are some lawsuits by former employees (can't verify) Everyone lives in fear that they can be fired anytime for a very minute mistake Always ready to show you down Zero trust among employees...take a lot of control & keep the teams under the thumb Exaggerate the mistakes by 100 times HR doesn't take any action against management
