One of the major selling points for new hires was unlimited FTO. Recently they switched to PTO with only 2 weeks time off THAT YOU MUST ACCRUE FROM SCRATCH, and VERY LIMITED holidays.
Poor upper management decisions are driving away talented individuals. Many people from different departments are complaining about excessive workloads and a lack of direction from upper management. Decisions are made on a whim, without proper data analysis, and expected to be carried out immediately (without testing). Employees are having to change direction frequently and without warning or reason, making it difficult to implement actual thought-out, high-impact strategies.
There is no evaluation "process" and the scoring system is convoluted. This makes upward mobility, although not impossible, extremely unclear.
Feedback has already been provided to HR so hopefully they start making some big changes quickly. Morale is extremely low across departments.
