Cons
I usually stay away from writing negative reviews, but I feel a strong responsibility to share my honest experience for the benefit of future candidates.
🔴Toxic work environment that resembles a school more than a professional workplace.
🔴Strict monitoring of employees at every level — from screen recording every minute to audio surveillance, and constant CCTV surveillance.
🔴Employees are not allowed to use mobile phones Ironically, senior staff can use. ( Don't say they talk to their clients and other stuff ... )
🔴Unrealistic working hours policy. You are allowed to enter after 10:30 AM, but must attend exactly 8.5 hours. Failing to meet this results in penalty deductions (0.5 paid leave per day) from your balance.
🔴Partial and biased management. Some seniors are favored and are free from all the rules, while juniors face micromanagement.
🔴Lack of proper training and mentorship. Several senior team members (not naming anyone) are technically weak and promote low-quality coding practices.
🔴Office pictures shown during hiring are misleading. New recruits are seated in an entirely different, often cramped, location. So don't just apply by looking into the office pictures.
🔴Team leads often discourage communication between team members. Then why you all write we believe in collaborative enviornment?
Management operates on their own rigid set of rules, without considering employee feedback or well-being.
