The executive leadership team has provided so much support for employees during this challenging time of working remotely. They understand that employees are working hard while balancing family, remote school learning, and other life responsibilities. There is a "quiet hours" policy to allow space for thinking and working without meetings in the middle of the day. Over the summer, the company provided two additional self care days off and as we head into fall, the company is granting two additional self care days off along with election day. On top of all of this, the company is partnering with Care.com to provide support for employees who need care for their families or pets. I truly appreciate the level empathy this company has shown for it's employees during this challenging time for all of us. After working for other organizations, iCIMS is exceptional in it's kindness and care for it's employees.
