Pros
The interview process was thorough and targeted for the position, a combination of phone and in-person. Since mine was not a tech role, the focus was on my past experiences and successes that would indicate a competency for this position. Interviewers provided a great sense of the company culture. The interview process was a bit lengthy (though well scheduled), however at its conclusion, I found the additional phone interviews very valuable, as they helped me understand expectations of the role and exposed me to a broad range of contacts that will help me to succeed
Cons
not a negative, but if the interview process is longer than you expected it to be, hang in there, as the intent is to ensure a great fit for you and the company, and in the end this is a good thing.
