The company has great employees that care about what the company stands for and their customers. There is still some left of the startup feel and drive it had at the beginning of the company.

Management seems only busy with their parent organization that acquired them in 2015 and is unable to formulate and implement a clear company strategy. This is very much reflected in every day work. Toxic political culture with lots of finger pointing and blame games.

Location isn't great. Not much to do in the area, however good to reach with public transportation!
