      Pros

      You get a good salary and above average amount of holidays in comparison to the industry. Your working hours depend on your department but in general you do not work any crazy hours.

      Cons

      A very poor management. You have to work very independently and you do not get much support from your colleagues. Not so many opportunities to progress. Very flat hierarchy so that it is impossible to go far.

      Great training. Great Opportunity. Fair Company. Great Benefits. Couldn't ask for more. If you work hard and commit to GRENKE then you will have your opportunity. If sales is in your blood or think it might be then GRENKE is great!

      Training was decent, and I learned a lot.

      Cons

      -Micromanagement -Unreasonable expectations for a startup in the United States -Very selective of who they want to partner with even when the firm in the United States was very small -Most people never want to talk about leasing, but 8-10 meetings a week was expected when the firm was only focusing on one state at a time.
