Pros
Compensation and benefits are decent, that's literally it.
Cons
Where do I even begin. The favoritism here is insane. They overlook people who actually work while making sure to alienate and pour extra work onto them. They have a "shout-out" channel that they really need to retire. The people they give shout-outs to always baffles me. They give the better shifts to people based on who they like, not who is performing well. They do not have enough reps that speak Spanish, so our Spanish speaking reps are highly neglected. They use a horrid system to manage prescriptions. It runs incredibly slow and it makes our jobs harder than it needs to be. Leads are horrible and unsupportive. All they do is bark in Slack all day about the calls in the queue, as if 5 people waiting to be assisted is catastrophic. There is so much more, but I don't think I can fit it all here. If the job market weren't so awful I would have left by now.
