Terrible company, all working separately not collaboratively. Described many times as a boys club, not an easy place for a female to excel. CEO is a tyrant. Previous positive reviews on this platform were commissioned by upper management to get ratings up.

- Strong solution with a superior technical advantage in most areas compared to the other players in the care-tech market. - Synergic work environment with a talented team and a flat hierarchy style allowing for a more collaborative culture. - Clear progression path established from the start with realistic goals laid out in order to achieve this within the 1st year. - Competent management who are both equally smart and people-driven in their approach. - Consistent awareness given to priority client demands and addressing these with technical optimizations added to the roadmap - Flexible remote work available but a great office complex with a strong array of facilities (meeting rooms, gym, café / restaurant, squash court).

None, having worked for 4 companies so far in my professional B2B career, I have plenty to compare with and Everylife's onboarding training, work environment, management style and progression plan opportunities were some of the best I have experienced to date.
